Emotional Self-Mastery & Awareness means being able to Feel Great Now, after having dealt with all your negative emotions, old limiting patterns (e.g. negative self-talk) etc... as well as understanding how your emotional life works; the what, the why and the how. This can be achieved by learning a set of simple, yet, profound techniques/tools and (some people forget) by applying them. Self-Awareness is a necessary state of mind that can be taught in an easy, accessible way.
